Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is Information
Public rolls are corrected, portal links and fees change, and library holdings can move. Digitization may also expand a collection's online coverage. We maintain the reference with care but cannot guarantee that each detail is current. Confirm important facts with the named custodian.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing published here is legal advice. We identify record sources and describe how Bothell West rolls and directories can be accessed, but that information cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access supports transparency, not harm. Never use information found here to stalk, harass, intimidate, or hurt a person. Misuse may violate Washington criminal law, federal law, and our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. We do not control their results, fees, or treatment of submitted data. Those results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
Outside links lead to property and deed portals, election and court systems, libraries, archives, and related sources. Each external operator, not us, is responsible for its content, accuracy, and availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
No government roll, directory book, court file, or vital record is hosted here. The responsible office, library, or portal holds it. Contact that custodian to obtain, verify, certify, or correct the source record.
